Once you have your Loyalty card you can start using it straightaway to earn points, but in order to spend those points you'll need to register it online.

Can I earn points online, in-store and for telephone orders?

Yes, as long as you provide your card number and are buying eligible products.

Can I collect points on all my purchases?

No, there are a few exceptions. Points are not available on membership, donations, virtual gifts, stamps, gift cards, postage & packing or in RSPB cafes. If you are ordering a card for the first time, please note points cannot be collected for this order.

How do the points work?

How do I redeem points?

Simply log into your Loyalty Card account here and check your balance.

Lost/stolen cards

What happens if the card is stolen and used before I report it?

We can only transfer any unused balance to a replacement card once the card has been reported lost. We cannot reimburse any balance used between the loss of the card and you reporting it lost.

If I report a card lost and then find it again, can I report it found?

No, once you report a card as lost or stolen, it cannot be reversed. Please wait for a replacement card to be mailed to you. However, in exceptional circumstances, cards can be merged together. For example, if you have 3 cards and only use one of them, we can merge the points onto one card, and make the other two obsolete. Please contact us for further information.

Is there a charge for the replacement card?

No, we provide the replacement card as a free service, however, RSPB Sales Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee if you request a replacement card twice within 6 months.

If I register a card, is the balance on the card automatically protected?

No, the balance on any card can only be protected from unauthorised use if you report the card lost or stolen before the balance is used. There is no guarantee on the balance.

Can I protect the balance on my card?

Yes, to protect points on your loyalty card from loss, theft or damage, it is important that you register your card. Registration is easy and only takes about 5 minutes.

If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then send you a replacement card in the post with your remaining credit. Please treat your loyalty card as securely as you would cash or credit cards.
