    Half empty
    When the RSPB delivery came i noticed that the large outer box (I had ordered several items) was wet at the bottom. We leave all packages in 'quarantine' for a while due to COVID, and when i opened this I found that the bottle was not screwed together properly and there was only about a third of it left. I can't comment on how good it is as i havent used it yet.

    great product
    I have never had a problem with the spray bottle and have been using this product for some time now. Add the concentrate to a bowl of water to wash the feeders thoroughly then spray and wipe afterwards. Hygiene is so important now that there are so much problems with bacteria.

    After reading all the reviews i have to say that i have not experienced any problems with this product at all.. Cleans well and no trouble with the bottle. It sprays fine and does the job and carry on using it as it does exactly what it should do.

    product good, spray bottle poor
    agree with some of the comments re spray bottle. difficult to use than when three quarters used useless, and cannot see why as tube still in liquid. reordering now, as the birds are using my feeders a lot now, but just the concentrate and getting my own bottle so i can dilute and spray to clean.

    Contents fine - bottle less so
    The Ark-Klens cleaner itself is fine. The spray-top broke on the second use. so now I'm pouring the contents out rather than being able to spray it. So a mixed review really. If I were doing it again I'd probably just buy the refill and supply my own spray bottle.

    Not ready-to-use!
    I bought this kit to clean my bird feeders, but I have been unable to use it. Pumping the handle had no effect. On unscrewing the top, there was a solid-looking seal covering the container below. Looking under the pumping mechanism, there is no way I could see that the liquid could get into the spray, even if I gouged away the seal.

    Reassuringly safe
    This cleanser works very well and, coupled with a brush, does the trick for cleaning feeders. We also use it for general pet-related cleaning such as around food bowls and litter boxes. It is safe, scent-free and seems to do exactly what it should.
