Product description

A strong but lightweight 170 cm aluminium garden feeder pole with which to create your own customised bird feeding station - with total ease. The pole is 25 mm diameter, comes in three slot-together sections, and is suitable for lawns or soil surfaces.

You can use it on a patio as well, by adding the Patio base (R402058).
Add pole hooks (R401585 and R1121) wherever you want to hang your feeders.
A 56 cm extension pole (R0646) is available to add extra height for even more hanging feeders.

Top with one of our Ultimate Easy-clean or Classic feeders, with or without guardian using the threaded adaptor supplied.

Update on Pole and Plastic Adaptor
Hi - I purchased the unit last September and it works very well with the squirrel cone. I have had no problem with the plastic adaptor for the feeder. It slots into the top of the pole and can easily be removed without unscrewing it, if desired.

New Purchase
I have just set up the poles with a single feeder on top, a squirrel baffle and I was very pleasantly surprised at its stability and quality. The only slight modification I felt was needed was to add a couple of rounds of sellotape to each male interlocking joint. That made the pole firm as a unit when assembled. Within a couple of hours the birds had made it their own. Many thanks!

re 'Sell plastic adaptor separately' - David and Darlene
I totally agree with David and Darlene's comments on the above.
I have bought two lots of poles now (which are fine and lots of other RSPB feeder products) but the plastic adapter at the top has snapped twice now in only moderate winds (its not for for purpose) and the feeder came crashing down. I don't want want to buy yet another pole set just for the 50p plastic adapter at the top.
RSPB - Please listen to your customers or they will go elsewhere!
Please can you also send me a plastic adapter only?
