Keep squirrels away from your bird seed with the ingenious Squirrel Buster. This innovative medium-sized seed feeder is spring-loaded to shut off the feeding ports when a squirrel lands on it.

Grey Squirrels are an invasive non-native species often dominating and damaging bird feeders. This feeder ensures birds feed easily but squirrels are always shut out.

In an attractive no-mesh design, this seed feeder is perfect for deterring squirrels. The weight of a squirrel, large bird or rat causes the feeder ports to shut, so they can't be accessed until the squirrel jumps off.

The feeder also features the Squirrel Buster's patented 'Seed tube ventilation system', which allows fresh air into the seed ports and openings at the bottom of the feeder. This means that hot and humid air can escape, so food stays fresh.

The feeder can be easily taken apart by hand for convenient cleaning.

To ensure the weight mechanism of this feeder can work as designed, please make sure it is positioned at least 46cm away from any other feeder or point where a squirrel could cling to and reach across from. Ideally, site the feeder at least 2m away from trees, shrubs and other cover that cats may use to pounce from.
