Product description
Deter squirrels from climbing up feeder poles and reaching your bird feeders! Suitable for 2 different pole sizes, simply attach this steel cone below the feeders and ensure your feeding station is not in jumping reach of nearby objects.
- Two attachments included so the cone can attach to different pole sizes.
- Metal adaptor combined with the rubber adaptor enables this to fit narrower 23mm feeder poles.
- Made of metal (steel) for durability - will not degrade or go brittle outdoors.
- Make sure you position your feeders far enough away from nearby objects, so squirrels can't reach or jump across.
- Compatible with both our Standard feeding station and Premium feeding station.

Best ever squirrel deterrent
This is the best-ever deterrent against squirrels stealing food and gives much mirth watching them try to figure out how to get around it.

At Last! Squirrels ARE baffled!
It's been SO frustrating trying to find a baffle that REALLY worked - and at last we have. Bought two of these, put them up immediately on receipt and - NO MORE SQUIRRELS SNAFFLING THE BIRD FOOD. As per other posts it was great watching our own 'gang of five' (is that a magic number for squirrels?) attempting to overcome this latest obstacle. To be honest three never really bothered much anyway, took one look and never tried to reach the food. One, a little less timourouswent half way up the poles a couple of times then lost interest but the 'gang leader'! Got to hand it to him he was persistent. I lost count of the attempts he made. Staight sprints up the pole only to fall back when it reached the cones. Attempts to suss out - and try out - launch points from the shrubbery. I almost began to feel sorry for it. Shouldn't anthropomorphise but the best bit was when it threw a tantrum, stood upright, stamping its hind feet and twitching its tail. It still kept trying but by the evening had given up. Today - it looks as though some have moved on to easier pickings. Only one fround feeder seen so far - and no evidence of assaults on the feeders. HOORAY! What a relief!

Effective... but!
This baffle works very well. But... local squirrels worked out that they could successfully take a running jump at it IF it was deployed on an RSPB feeder with mid-pole horizontal pans, with the baffle necessarily located below these. We had to remove the pans and raise the baffle, and the squirrels are now, well... baffled (and it was amusing watching them making failed jumps, until they gave up). This does imply that the baffle may not quite work as expected with the RSPB feeders as they are sold (ie with the two pans).
