Product description
Designed to support the teaching of minibeasts on the primary school curriculum, this impressive habitat provides a home for all kinds of insects and mini mammals.
It is constructed from timber with lots of varied habitats within the structure. The three different types of log habitats are good for beneficial insects such as ladybirds and lacewings and also pollinators such as solitary bees.
The small specially designed holes are ideal for solitary bee occupation; the larger holes will provide homes for additional beneficial insects and the slot logs are good for lacewings and provide crevices for overwintering insects.
The critta cabin is finished with the addition of natural pine cones and recycled plastic fixing points on the reverse to allow the habitat to be secured in place for child safety and school security.
Delivery can take 3-4 weeks.
