Flat-topped ground feeding sanctuary narrow mesh:
Folding cage guardian to protect ground-feeding birds from predators, creating a safe haven for them to feed. The narrow mesh will exclude larger garden birds and most adult squirrels. Made from powder-coated steel, the ground protector comes with pegs to secure it to the ground and there's room inside for an RSPB ground feeding table (included when you buy this bundle). The top opens easily for cleaning and refilling.

Your birds can enjoy and benefit from a variety of different foods with this sturdy ground feeding table. Includes optional wooden dividers to separate different foods. The plastic tray in the base lifts out easily for regular cleaning. The tray also has drainage on all four sides, stopping the build up of water. The table is made from FSC® certified wood.

Often birds just take time to get used to a new feeding place, give them time to get used to a new feeding source. Only pop out enough food to last a day or two, this will help prevent wet food as it will be consumed more quickly.

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with this item. Although this design deters most adult squirrels, some smaller and young squirrels can still gain access. We are unable to make the gaps any smaller as this would prevent access for smaller birds.
