Wild Isles collection

Inspired by the brilliant BBC tv series Wild Isles, produced in collaboration with the RSPB, WWF and the Open University, our Wild Isles collection pays homage to some of the UK's best-loved species: the starling and the oak tree.

The collection, which has been illustrated by Scottish artist Cherith Harrison, features an intricate starling pattern interwoven with oak leaves, set against a whirling murmuration in the background. The beauty of the starling is perfectly captured in the collection, with its iridescent blueish-black feathers and breathtaking murmuration displays.

Once commonly seen throughout the UK, starlings have sadly been added to the RSPB’s Red List, which includes species that are under threat due to a steep decline in their numbers. We are at risk of losing this wonderful bird, as well as many other incredible species showcased in the Wild Isles series, if we don’t slow down the pace of climate change.
