    For the perfect brew

Use with a cafetière, filter machine or other coffee machines. Make sure you use fresh water for boiling. Once boiled, let the kettle cool for a few minutes, since boiling water burns the coffee. It is always best to put too much coffee in than too little. You can always add water to the coffee if it is too strong. A rough guide is 12 grams of coffee for every 180ml of water.

    Good intentions but...
    Packaging - smart - tick.
Environmental claims - good - tick.
RSPB support - excellent - tick.
Coffee quality - ok - ok.
With all the really good coffee out there with similar credentials, this one is rather bland - it's not offensive, but I see no reason to buy it again. The packaging says nothing about origin at all - so perhaps that's a clue that it's going to be uninteresting.

Bought it because it was RSPB, but it's really rather good
Since it's bird friendly, fairtrade and organic, I had to give this Bird & Wild a go. I'm glad I did because it's really great coffee to boot.
