Broke after 3 days
The birds ate the food but it broke after 3 days. There was water in it (despite 2 small drainage holes). The instructions said the feeder unscrews from the stem for easy cleaning. I unscrewed it gently, to pour out the water, but the ceramic feeder came away from a small metal disc underneath which remained screwed into the stem. The glue attaching the ceramic feeder to the disc was obviously not strong enough. Very disappointed.

Disappointed
This product is very nice to look at and at first it was fine in the garden but after only approximately a month in the garden it has sadly fallen apart.
The sunflower has fallen off the post.
I could see it going round in circles one day when a pigeon was on it and thought it was coming unscrewed but a few days later I found that the screw part was still in place and the part that was attached to the feeder has dried glue on the top of it.
I bought an orange one at the same time for a Christmas gift I hope the same thing does not happen with this one .
From my experience I would say that they are not fit for purpose.
