This Automatic bird seed feeder is a whopper! With an enormous capacity of nearly 3.8 litres, it's perfect for busy gardens with lots of birds to feed.

It's made with top quality, metal and plastic fittings and has a reinforced hanging loop. There's an integrated squirrel 'baffle' which helps deter our long-tailed friends from accessing the seed. The baffle also serves to keep rain off the feeding platform, making sure the seed stays dry and offers extra protection to the birds as they feed.

The real beauty of the Automatic bird feeder is that you can set its timer to release seed from the upper chamber down onto the feeding platform at certain points during the day (up to four drops). This means that the seed stays dry and fresh for much longer, which is especially useful in our wet climate. The timed release of seeds also means you can fill up the feeder before you go on holiday and know that the birds will be catered for when you're away.

The Automatic seed feeder has a deep tray, preventing the seed from spilling out, so you spend less time cleaning up seed. The tray also gives the birds lots of space to land, making the it the ideal bird-watching feeder.

The feeder can be completely dismantled for easy cleaning - just ensure you set aside the electronic component of the feeder before cleaning.

Four AA lithium batteries (not included) will power the feeder's release mechanism for typically over a year, and you can monitor use with the built-in battery indicator.
