This 2-part butterfly attractor pack combines a specially selected range of native wildflower seeds to attract colorful butterflies plus an informative butterfly guide.
The starting point of any wildlife garden is the selection of appropriate native plants which can attract pollinating insects - this easy to grow mix of native wildflowers provide an abundance of glorious wild flowers to enhance your garden and also attract a range of butterflies as well as beneficial insects.

Butterflies will feed on the nectar and the pollen from the flowers, which also attract other beneficial insects such as bees. The guide supplied with the pack is a colorful identification resource for popular butterflies and give fascinating information on the life cycle of butterflies plus information on habitats and conservation.

The butterfly attractor pack of native wildlflower seeds is a specially selected mix to attract butterflies and, subject to the final packaging is made from the following: red campion, white campion, red clover, white clover, cornflower, forget-me-not, foxglove, common knapweed, greater knapweed, meadow cranesbill, meadowsweet, musk mallow, oxeye daisy, field poppy, purple loosestrife, viper's bugloss, wild carrot, yarrow. Advice

When to sow
Sow March to May or September to October and sow outdoors directly onto soil where they are to flower once the soil has warmed.
For best results choose a poor, infertile soil in full sun and do not add fertiliser.

Sowing guidelines
Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine texture. Sprinkle seed thinly over the surface and rake lightly to ensure the seed is covered. Germination takes 14 - 21 days.
As seedlings germinate, keep well watered and weed free. Flowers spring to autumn.
In the autumn after the seed has been shed, clean up the growing area and water well. Perennials and biennialplants will continue to grow and flower the following year. Autumn sown seed will flower the following summer.
