      Could be so much better
Popular with robins and tits. Loved the feeder pods but unfortunately all threee plastic poles have broken so now only half ther height they were.
'Cups' themselves easy to remove and clean but let down by the linkage (metal vs plastic) where the sections of the poles join together.

RSPB response: Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear your product has broken. Please can you contact our customer service team who will be able to arrange a refund or replacement.

      Disappointing
I was really disappointed with this product. I have bought lots of feeders from RSPB and they have been good quality. I had the metal cup feeders previously and they lasted for ages and looked good. These looked very cheap but I decided to keep them as the metal version were no longer in stock. I've only had them a few months and they have all split halfway down so the stand doesn't stay in.

RSPB RESPONSE: Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of this issue, please contact customer services and we will replace these faulty items. We will also feed this back to our manufacturer.

pretty and practical and very popular
As you can lift the top half of the stem to empty the contents, it's easier than the other flower cup feeders. The height is good although squirrels manage to jump on to the cup, sit and eat the whole contents. It's a shame that the cups are big enough to accommodate feral pigeons and even magpies! Tits, robins and starlings love them.
