    To sow & grow

Sow outdoors March to mid June, where they are to flower, 0.5cm deep directly into finely prepared soil which has already been watered.

    • Thin out if plants become overcrowded.
    • Water well until plants are established.
    • Sowings made in curves rather than straight lines often create a more pleasing effect.
    • For a continuous display make sowings at 2 to 3 week intervals.
    • Some perennial varieties may not flower until the second year.

June to October. Allow plants to set seed and leave in place until Spring.
