    Missing page
I bought this at my local shop. The first bird I tried to look up was the Great Northern Dover, a recent - and very rare - visitor to a local reservoir. There's a mess-up in the production of the book, and the page with the GND has been omitted. Bit annoying, since the book looks like it will be a very handy field guide. Maybe I'll photocopy the missing info out of another RSPB book and take that with me when I'm out and about

RSPB response. Thanks for your review. We have checked the book and the page isn't missing. The listing for the great northern diver in the index is to the red-throated diver page where the rarer birds are mentioned as 'confusion species'. There is not a page about the GND itself. Sorry for any confusion. If you'd like to return the book please contact our Customer Services Team.
