  This is a direct despatch (DD) item. It will be sent direct from our supplier and will arrive in a separate parcel from other items you order.

Next working day and Choose the day delivery methods are not available for orders containing DD products as we do not control when the items are despatched.

Please allow between 5-14 days for your order to arrive once we have received it.

Courier will be DPD local or Royal Mail (or UPS for non-UK orders). Delivery times are usually within normal working hours, i.e. 9-5 Monday to Friday. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us to arrange a return if your item is unused and in original packaging. (Please note that cut fabric and wallpaper are non-returnable.)
