Impressed with the product packaging
A lovely picture with a great depth of colour. Small box is easy to store. Puzzle pieces are contained in a paper bag instead of plastic bag, and there is a separate picture inside which is larger than the box lid. A few pieces were still joined but separated ok. Was missing 2 pieces. Fortunately the puzzle makers have a guarantee (printed on the inner bag), to replace item if it has missing pieces. I am posting my inner bag today for a replacement. As long as the replacement guarantee is successful I would certainly buy another Otter House puzzle.

RSPB Jigsaws
I purchased two jigsaws recently. I do a lot of Jigsaws and these two are the most difficult I have ever done. The pieces are made of very thin cardboard which do not stay together . One of the jigsaws(Birdsong) is impossible and the only jigsaw that I cannot even start. All the edge pieces are exactly the same so one does not know where to even start.
