All Joules suppliers, as a minimum, must comply with the guidelines set out by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and the Base Code of Labour Standards as supported by the UN International Labour Organisation (UN ILO), and all suppliers factories are audited against these annually via SMETA ethical audits.
