I am surprised that this good-looking product product is still for sale - the plastic inset tray (which is not shown in the photo but is included in the description) just blows away whenever there is the slightest breeze!

I received this table today so I can only give initial thoughts. It was missing 2 screws (for the table supports) but not a problem for me as I have a workshop full of screws. Easily assembled with a screw driver as the holes are mostly pre-marked. However, the optional screws for the removable lining are not pre-drilled and I had to drill small holes to get the screws to take. Not sure why anyone wouldn't want to screw the table lining in as a) it wouldn't stay flat and b) it is likely to blow away.
The table is reasonably stable but a strongish wind would likely blow it over - I'd have preferred the supporting legs to be longer. As the table is on my patio (now the table is stored away for the winder) I've put some sacks over the legs to make it more stable.

I got this bird table to replace my ground table after the birds were attacked a couple of times by cats, I shopped around for a while online and this table was the highest I could find. It stands to about 5 feet It's a decent table easily built and the birds took to it straight away, even the collared doves which wouldn't use my ground table, just a mesh tray. I felt it was alittle too dear, but in all a good product. It also doesn't drain that good, we had a rain downpour and the water didn't drain away I had to tip the table to one side to allow the rain to drain off.

Bought this product two years ago via the Sandy site and we are now getting Red Kites swooping down on the food left out for them occasionally. It has certainly got a lot of neighbours more interested in feeding the birds. The height is perfect cats cannot jump on to it.
Would recommend to everyone.

Bought the bird table to replace an old RSPB open bird table which we had been delighted over the years with but this new one is absolutely brilliant in quality and the birds love it. My husband sat down to open the box to read the instructions whilst drinking a mug of tea and the bird table was built and in the garden before he hd finished his tea, it is that easy to put together. Highly recommend it for the non DIY person to construct.

I got this as a birthday present for my Mum who's practically house bound. My Boyfriend put it up yesterday and we've been visited by lots of feathered friends all day. It's sturdy and I like the removable. Well finished and I thought the best people to order a bird table from is the RSPB. My Mum is delighted.
