This Parchment Owl paperweight from Royal Crown Derby is inspired by the pattern work of William Morris.
Morris's archetypal stylised flora and fauna textile patterns have been reinterpreted in this design. The delicate swirl patterns on a neutral base are highlighted with 22 carat gold, and a multitude of muted colours are featured on this design through the various leaves such as the Acanthus and Tulip flowers.
