When applying window stickers, please keep in mind that birds are used to flying through small gaps, so one sticker per window is unlikely to deter them. The greater the surface area you can cover, the more effective your deterrent will be. BirdLife International recommends that stickers are placed 10-15 centimeters apart on windows. Sticker Success

Having had numerous bird strikes to my back garden glass patio doors, culminating in a sparrow death, I bought and fitted these stickers (2 sheets) and so far over the last few weeks, thankfully I think they have worked, In fact I have seen a couple of small birds swerve out of the way. They look nice and they are easy to get used to. I have stuck them to the inside of the glass, but as there is an image on both sides and the lighter parts are slightly see-through I guess it would not matter. I am glad that I bought them.
