    Excellent, Robin loves it!
I am so happy with this treat tray and buggy nibbles and so is my resident Robin, his mate and now even the sparrows are hopping on to take a nibble or two.

It's so nice to attract the smaller birds that the bigger birds can't get too so they get their treats now too. It's also so nice to see the birds up close and personal, features and colours of the birds that you couldn't possibly see from far away.

I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to give the smaller birds a treat and who wants to see them up so close. 5 stars definitely.

Window Feeder Update - Very Secure
Very secure fixing to the window - so much so that it can easily take the weight of an adult Magpie! (not really what I was trying to encourage). Clever thing manages to land on the windowsill and jump onto the feeder! Will try re-siting to the Patio door to see if that deters it.

    Window Wonder
I was a little hesitant in ordering this after reading some of the earlier reviews but having always wanted one I went for it anyway. I ordered it with the buggy nibbles and decided that worst case if it didn't work I could always use the nibbles in a different feeder. Within 2 days I noticed that 'something' had found the feeder as it was empty with no evidence of anything on the ground. I suspected one of the squirrels so moved to the middle of the window. For a week now I have put a few nibbles in - every morning and evening it is empty but so far not seen what is actually visiting. A kitchen stakeout may be in order!

A waist of time and money. Wouldn't recommend
I bought this hoping to get a 'bird's eye' view of birds feeding near the window, but it was almost impossible to get the thing to stay attached to the window There are two suckers which continually fall out of the feeder, and when I eventually and with some difficulty got them to say in place for a few seconds I then had to use sticky tape to hold the feeder onto the window. Having completed that task, I sprinkled seed and buggy nibbles onto the feeder. The birds have not touched them, and after weeks of waiting and several more falling feeder rescue attempts I have given up any hope of success.

Thanks for your review. Sorry you're not happy with your purchase. The suckers work best on clean windows. Make sure there isn't any dust or dirt where you are sticking them. It can also help to warm the suckers up, so they're more flexible before attempting to attach them to the window. You can do this by putting them in some warm water for a few minutes. Make sure the feeder is fully pushed down onto the suckers, so they are a tight fit. If you still don't have any luck, please contact our Customer Services Team to arrange a replacement or refund.

A bit of a disappointment, partly my fault
They are very expensive for what they are - a simple plastic moulding and two suckers. The nibbles are good so long as you can keep them away from squirrels but this review is of the feeder, noth the nibbles. Don't bother buying the feeders if you already feed birds from other more accessible feeders. I have about 10 conventional feeders round the garden and it is easy for the birds to get food from those so, guess what, they are as lazy as human beings and take food from the easiest source and ignore these. The robin comes sometimes but robins are not very good on squirrel proof feeders anyway. If you have no other way of feeding birds, they are probably alright but if you have standard feeders, don't bother.
