Advice

There are a few things to look out for when cleaning your binoculars.

Tiny dust particles on your binoculars' lenses can scratch the glass and coating when you rub across your eyepiece. These tiny scratches are not visible but they affect the performance of your binoculars and how the lens scatters the light.

To avoid these scratches make sure you gently free the lenses from dust with a lens brush. Avoid using water or breathing on the glass.

After brushing off the dust you can now use your lens cloth and cleaning fluid to gently wipe off.
