Nice gift idea but dissapointed with the bag

Even though it's stated that the bag design may differ from the picture, I assumed it means the same material and style but with a different print. The bag I received is very different from what I expected, has a totally different style and honestly it's too ugly to offer as part of a gift.

RSPB response: Thank you for your review, we try to send the bag which is in the picture as often as possible but sometimes we have to substitute it with a bag of similar value. Please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help. By Monica, on 4 Dec 2015

Great Value..

This is a great value pack, although I had to use a larger suction pad to replace the bottom one as it kept falling off, luckily the ones from car window signs fit and are pretty cheap to get hold of, I've had Starlings, blue tits and robins visit and have managed to get some great photos (Whilst still in the warm) By Gareth, on 1 Dec 2011

Advice
The Bag design may vary from the one shown in the picture.

How to install your window feeder
- Ensure the window is clean and dry.
- Soak the suckers in warm water to make them pliable, then fit them onto the back plate of the feeder.
- Attach the back plate to the window, without the food tray.
- Leave for at least 3 hours before attaching the food tray, to give time for the suckers to settle and achieve maximum adhesion.
- If desired, attach a length of string to the feeder to tether it. This will ensure that the feeder won't fall to the ground if it does come unstuck or is dislodged.
