Destroyed by squirrel
The suet blocks proved too tempting for the squirrels and they relentlessly pulled on the holder until the simple metal twists that hold the roof in place snapped. Very disappointed as I think a better design would have worked

Great for suet cakes
I don't understand the bad reviews. I have had 3 of these in my garden for years. The oldest is around 10 years old and we bought more because it was so useful for fat cakes. I have never had a problem with the clips. Our latest one is around 2 years old. All 3 still going strong.

not satisfied
The fixing for the roof is very flimsy and could easily break off. It is not as the picture shows with a bracket inside the roof.
