Wherever possible we sell products manufactured in the UK, which means less transportation and less pollution|.

Products made with recycled materials.

FSC timber
The FSC® logo identifies products containing wood, paper and card from well-managed forests independently certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council® A.C. TT-COC-003511.

Direct delivery
Direct delivery from our supplier. These items may take longer than standard items and will arrive in a separate parcel. We do not have control over the stock of DD products and cannot guarantee that they are in stock at the supplier. DD items are not available for Next Day or Choose the Day delivery as we do not control their despatch.

Good natured gifts

No palm oil
Products made without using palm oil. Palm oil is an edible plant oil derived from the fruits of palm trees and can be found in many foods (often listed as vegetable oil), toiletries and now bio-fuels. A growing demand for palm oil has resulted in the deforestation of ancient rainforests to provide more land to grow the crops.

Products which comply with strict rules set at UK, European and international levels. These rules, known as standards, assure consumers they are buying genuinely organic products that can be fully traceable back to source.

Fair to nature
Fair to Nature conservation grade seeds. Fair to Nature farming is designed to increase the amount of sustainable agriculture that is carried out across British farmland.

Harmful to dogs
Contains vine fruits, which can be harmful to dogs if eaten.

Ground feeding
Bird food that is suitable for feeding from a ground feeding tables or directly on the ground.

Mesh feeder
Bird food that is suitable for feeding from a metal mesh (peanut) feeder. Note - please don't serve bird food in plastic mesh bags, as bird's feet can get trapped.

Seed feeder
Bird food that is suitable for feeding from a tubular seed feeder.

Table feeding
Bird food that is suitable for feeding from a raised bird table, hanging bird table or window feeder.
