Delivery within mainland UK is normally within three to five working days of receipt of your order, however, please allow five working days before querying a non-delivery. Delivery to Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may take longer. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Items marked ‘DD’ or ‘Direct dispatch’ may take longer than standard items and will be delivered in a separate parcel sent direct from our suppliers.

Most orders are delivered by courier Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. If you are unlikely to be in to sign for the parcel, please specify a safe, dry place where we can leave it.

A standard post and packaging charge of £3.95 is payable on all orders placed on this website. Standard P&P applies only to the UK, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.

For deliveries to EU countries, please contact our Customer Care team on +44 1937 861913. They will advise you, where delivery is possible, about the cost and estimated delivery time. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
